When you hear overlay, it means exactly that. We lay a cementitious product  over  your existing concrete. 

We grind the existing concrete to creating a profile that roughs up the surface, fix any cracks, and apply an overlay. Whether it be a broom overlay, stamp overlay, or custom tile design. 

We take pride in our overlays. They are a labor of love. This system is a little on the higher end, but the product you receive in the end will be night and day.
